Leads contact 3–4 competitors simultaneously. The first to respond wins. Manual response is never fast enough.
Email, WhatsApp, Facebook DMs, Instagram, website forms. Each in a different app. Messages fall through the cracks every day. Student data are scattered everywhere.
Follow-up reminders, re-booking nudges, payment chasing, renewal sequences — all done manually, all prone to being forgotten.
No clear view of what’s working, where leads drop off, which courses re-enroll, which students are at risk, or what your actual conversion rate is.
Every equiry followed up
Every re-enrolment automated
More seats filled
Less time chasing and more time teaching.
💬 Most tuition centres take 4–12 hours to follow up on new enquiries. Komunzy responds in under 60 seconds — before the parent messages your competitor.

📲 Parents use an average of 2.3 channels to contact education providers. Komunzy catches all of them without you switching apps.

📈 Operators running the re-enrolment campaign report filling 70–90% of the following term's seats before they begin acquiring new students.

💳 Centres using in-chat payment collection report near-zero deposit chasing and a significant drop in no-shows — committed parents show up.

Visual pipeline board shows every lead and where they are in the journey
Social media post scheduler for Facebook, Instagram and Google Business
Email and SMS broadcast campaigns to segmented contact lists

These are real outcomes from education businesses just like yours who were managing enquiries manually before switching to Komunzy.
We've heard every objection. Here are our honest answers.
Yes — and we mean that genuinely. We deploy your account with pre-built templates that are already configured for your type of school. Your job is to fill in your business name, logo and phone number. We provide a 5-step checklist that takes under one hour, plus a live onboarding call with one of our team. You don't need to know anything about software or marketing automation.
Not necessarily. If your current booking tool is working well, you can keep using it and connect it via our API. However, many customers find that Komunzy's built-in calendar is already doing everything they need — and consolidating into one tool saves money and eliminates the friction of data moving between systems. We'll assess your situation in the demo and give you an honest recommendation.
Never during the trial — and we would actively discourage it. The trial is specifically designed to run alongside your existing tools so you can compare them directly in real conditions.
The decision about which tools to consolidate, reduce, or cancel is entirely yours and happens after you have subscribed and completed a proper migration with the help of your onboarding specialist. Not before.
Your account is paused, not deleted. Everything you built during the trial — your contacts, workflows, funnels, email templates, and settings — is preserved for 30 days after the trial expires.
If you decide to subscribe within that window, you pick up exactly where you left off. Nothing needs to be rebuilt. If you decide not to subscribe, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted after 30 days. You can export all your data at any point before that.
Yes. Your contact data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure and is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than running your Komunzy account.
Importantly: when you import a contact list, you are giving Komunzy a copy of that data — your original file is completely untouched and your existing tools are unaffected. You are not transferring ownership of anything.
You can export your complete contact list out of Komunzy at any time in a single click (Contacts → Export as CSV). Your data is always yours and always portable.
For the trial, we recommend importing only your last 30 days of new enquiries — enough to test the platform meaningfully without committing your full database. Your complete list can be imported in one step when you decide to subscribe.
Under most data protection frameworks (PDPA, GDPR, Privacy Act), you are the data controller and Komunzy is the data processor. This means you are responsible for the lawful basis on which you collected and are processing your students' and parents' personal data.
In practice, if you collected your contacts' data for the purpose of providing educational services and communicating with them, using a CRM platform to manage those communications is generally covered by that original purpose — you are not creating a new use.
No. Komunzy only accesses emails associated with contacts in your Komunzy database. It cannot read, store, or expose emails from people who are not in your contact list — including personal emails, staff emails, supplier communications, or anything unrelated to your school enquiries.
If you would prefer to keep your main inbox completely separate, we recommend creating a dedicated enquiries email address (e.g. [email protected]) and connecting that instead. This is the approach many established school owners take — their personal inbox stays private and Komunzy connects to a school-facing address only.
You can disconnect your email at any time from Settings → Email Services. Disconnecting takes under 10 seconds and does not affect your inbox or any emails already sent.
Nothing changes on your Facebook page. Your followers, posts, page settings, and advertising account are completely unaffected. Komunzy receives your incoming messages only — it cannot post to your page, edit your page information, or access your ad spend or audience data.
The permissions screen Facebook shows during the connection process lists several access types — this is standard for any Facebook integration and most of these permissions are not used by Komunzy. The connection is used exclusively to receive inbound Messenger conversations into your Komunzy inbox.
You can disconnect at any time directly from Facebook's own settings (Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations) — completely independently of Komunzy. The kill switch is entirely on your side.
No. Connecting your existing Stripe account to Komunzy does not change any existing Stripe settings, payment links, recurring charges, or customer records in Stripe. It simply allows Komunzy to create new payment links and invoices that process through your Stripe account.
Parents who are currently paying by direct debit, bank transfer, or existing Stripe payment links continue doing so exactly as before. Komunzy payments are for new transactions only — you choose when and whether to use them.
If you do not already have a Stripe account, creating one is free and takes about 5 minutes at stripe.com. You do not need to connect Stripe to test any other part of Komunzy during the trial.
Every plan includes a generous monthly credit allowance that covers typical usage for your customer segment. The Starter plan includes 2,000 emails and 200 SMS per month — most individual tutors never exceed this. If you do go over, top-up packs are available at transparent, flat rates — never surprise per-message billing. We designed this specifically to avoid the anxiety of unexpected usage charges.
Let us show you how simple (and affordable) it can be to run all your business in one place with confidence, clarity and automation. Book a free demo and see exactly what Komunzy looks like for your school — no obligation, no hard sell.
